Since 2019, All-Santoa has been a solid multi-service agency. The purpose of All-Santoa is to empower people with a better future through better education and all other services provided.

FOUNDER CEO
Duckens Pierre is the founder and CEO of ALL-Santoa LLC.
And former Founder and President of Empact Haiti
He started as a general translator in 2008 in Maison des Enfants de Dieu orphanage translating for,
international individuals during the adoption process from the orphanage.
In January 2010 during the earthquake, He assisted international medical missionaries by translating for doctors, nurses, and paramedics from English-Haitian Creole and vice versa.
In 2013, He graduated as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) from Empact Northwest.
He worked at Bernard Mervs, the first trauma hospital in the capital, as an interpreter and Emergency Medical Technician and worked in the triage section. He became the lead EMT for the hospital. He was the founder and CEO of the Non-Profit organization called Impact Haiti which was one of the Emergency Medical Services (EMS) schools in Port-au-Prince Haiti. He became a flight EMT at Haiti Air Ambulance and he was part of the first flight EMT promotion in the country.
He is the founder & CEO of ALL-SANTOA multi-services. As business coach and CEO, His accomplishments fueled his passion for making a positive impact in the community. Engaging in humanitarian and health activities and providing support to others became a true calling. He is driven by a deep desire to offer solutions that can transform lives and help others to discover their full potential. He has about nine years of experience working as a Life & Health insurance Agent and more.
